Construction has begun and a completion date has been set for late 2009. The new headquarters will be located just off Highway 49 on the south side of Highway 28 W in Magee. The three story building boasts 30,000 square feet of state-of-the-art office space that will house all of Pioneer’s corporate departments which include accounting, operations, marketing, and patient financial services. However, not all of that square footage is dedicated to workspace. There are quite a few extraordinary features of the new building which include a fully equipped fitness center, a high-tech training center, and indoor and outdoor dining areas.



The Pioneer Health Services Leadership Essentials Program (LEP) provides a comprehensive approach to enhancing leadership skills and bringing teams together. Every Pioneer employee who manages others should attend and complete the curriculum. The entire training program consists of twelve, four-hour classes. These are grouped together into a series of four training events with three classes in each event. Each event is called a Series and is 1 ½ days long. These Series must be completed in sequential order.
