Compliance Program Overview
PHS is committed to maintaining a work environment that promotes integrity and trust, in order that it’s employees, medical staff, and agents may perform their tasks with the highest ethical standards. These ethical standards require strict adherence to all applicable laws and regulations. The culture actually goes beyond complying with laws, regulations and policies. It means “doing the right thing” and conducting ourselves with integrity in everything we do.
In order to avoid any violations of laws and regulations, a formal Corporate Compliance Program has been implemented at PHS. This Corporate Compliance Program is a part of Pioneer Health Services continuing effort to improve quality and performance.
Corporate Compliance means that everyone associated with the company will try to understand all legal and other requirements that relate to their positions and comply with them.
